Seoul, South Korea – October 6, 2024 – The Sawasdee Seoul Thai Festival 2024: T-Pop Story brought a vibrant fusion of Thai culture, music, and sustainability to Cheonggye Plaza on October 5-6, 2024. Drawing over 50,000 attendees, the festival celebrated not only the richness of Thai heritage but also marked the 65th anniversary of Thailand and South Korea’s diplomatic ties.
B.Grimm kicked off the festival with an exclusive Opening Reception on October 4, welcoming high-profile Thai and South Korean dignitaries, celebrities, and business leaders. Speeches from H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to South Korea, and Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), highlighted the lasting cultural and diplomatic bonds between the two nations.

Thai pop culture took center stage with electrifying performances from T-Pop stars like Zom Marie, Eff Rattapong, and the all-female sensation 4EVE, whose energetic performances lit up the stage. The festival also tantalized taste buds with authentic Thai cuisine. The culinary experience offered a deeper appreciation of Thailand’s food culture, blending tradition with a modern twist. The festival’s grand finale came with a captivating showcase of Pattaya Fantasy, leaving audiences in awe on both days.
