Blue by Alain Ducasse, located at the Bangkok Icon Siam, announced that Blue by Alain Ducasse will now be open on Wednesdays 10th May'23 for dinner service and the Blue Sunset Journey experience, starting this week. a new menu that is sure to impress even the most discerning palates. With its elegant ambiance and stunning views of the Chao Phraya River, Blue by Alain Ducasse is the perfect setting for an unforgettable culinary experience. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience, with a focus on exceptional service and gourmet cuisine. Recently, the restaurant has been awarded the 2023 award for excellence in fine dining.

Blue by Alain Ducasse is an extension of his commitment to quality and excellence. The restaurant's menu is a celebration of French cuisine, with a focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients.

The menu is carefully crafted, with each dish designed to showcase the unique flavors and textures of the ingredients created by Celebrity Chef Wilfrid Hocquet and his professional team.

One of the standout dishes on the new menu is the Wagyu Beef Tartare. Made with tender, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef, this dish is elevated with the addition of caviar, capers, and a tangy mustard dressing. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the dish is beautifully presented, making it a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Another highlight of the new menu is the Red Mullet with Crustacean Juice. This dish features a perfectly cooked fillet of red mullet, served alongside a rich, flavorful crustacean juice. The combination of flavors is both subtle and complex, with each element perfectly complementing the others. For those who prefer something a bit heartier, the Roast Rack of Lamb is a must-try.
